Do credits expire?

Yes. Trial credits expire 30 days after your trial begins or once you use up your 100 trial credits, whichever comes first. For self-serve paid subscriptions (both monthly and annual plans), credits are allocated monthly and expire at the end of each monthly period. Unused credits do not roll over, even on annual plans. For contract subscriptions, credits expire at the end of each 12-month license.

Can I roll over unused credits to the next billing cycle?

No. Credits are allocated monthly and do not carry over to the next billing period, regardless of whether you are on a monthly or annual plan. Unused credits do not qualify for refunds. We recommend choosing the bundle that best matches your needs to make the most of your monthly allocation.

What happens to my unused credits if I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

For monthly plans, if you upgrade your subscription, your credit limit increases immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and you can use your remaining credits until the end of the current cycle. For annual plans, upgrades also take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your annual term, and your monthly credit allocation increases right away. Annual downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal, and you'll continue with your current plan's credits until then.
