Currently, credits can only be purchased in self-service packages or via contract. If you run out of credits in your current package, you may upgrade your plan at any time within your Imgix dashboard or by contacting us.
Yes. If you're on a monthly subscription with a credit card on file, your credits will automatically renew each month based on your selected bundle. If you're on an annual subscription, your credits are allocated monthly throughout your 12-month term, and your plan renews automatically at the end of the term.
No. Credits represent access to the Imgix platform, and unused credits do not carry over or qualify for refunds. We recommend choosing the bundle that best matches your needs to make the most of your usage each billing period.
Yes. If you are on a monthly self-service subscription, you can cancel at any time from the Imgix dashboard. If you are on an annual self-service subscription, you can cancel at any time, but your service will remain active through the end of your 12-month term. No refunds are issued for the remaining period. If you are on a contract agreement, please reach out to your customer success manager. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds, and you'll retain access to your credits and Imgix features through the end of your current billing period or annual term.
Yes. You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. The change will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan and want to switch to monthly billing, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual term. In both cases, you can choose any tier when switching.
If you upgrade your annual plan mid-term, the higher-tier credit allocation takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your annual term. You do not start a new 12-month cycle. You complete your original term on the upgraded plan. For example, if you're 6 months into a Basic Annual plan and upgrade to Growth Annual, you'll pay the prorated difference for the remaining 6 months and immediately receive Growth-level monthly credits.
